Product introduction
PDF-3000B DC System Grounding Fault Tester is developed and produced by using phase advance processing technology and data transfer algorithm technology. The instrument is between on-line and portable. The method of use is portable, and the performance is on-line. The instrument has the characteristics of high detection sensitivity, strong anti-interference ability, small size, light weight and convenient use. When finding the grounding fault of DC system, it is not necessary to disconnect the power supply, and the grounding point can be located. The instrument can detect the grounding resistance of DC system, and provide a suitable and reliable high-accuracy detection instrument for the search and location of grounding faults in power DC system.
Features
1. The instrument is composed of a transmitter and an analyzer. The transmitter takes power directly from the bus without external AC or battery power supply, which is more convenient to operate;
2. The analyzer and transmitter adopt 2.4G wireless communication. The interfaces of the two machines are the same and display synchronously.
3. All faults such as virtual grounding, high resistance grounding, multi-point grounding, single point grounding, small resistance grounding, direct grounding, mixed line grounding, loop grounding, capacitor grounding, channeling AC grounding, transistor isolation grounding, etc. with poor insulation state are solved;
4. Completely eliminate the grounding fault of DC system, avoid the interference of large capacitance distributed on site, and accurately lock and locate the fault within the minimum range;
5. Accurately detect the leakage current of the line, and quickly and accurately locate the fault point according to the leakage current before and after the grounding fault point;
6. DC systems below 250V share a set of DC grounding detectors, and there are no other special requirements for DC voltage;
7. Signal output power: <0.15w, with internal current limiting protection, which has no impact on relay protection, automation device and operation circuit, and is safe to use;
