In the operation and maintenance of power systems, dielectric loss testers are core tools for evaluating the insulation status of high-voltage equipment. However, industrial sites commonly face problems such as strong electromagnetic interference, complex grounding environments, and multi-frequency noise. Traditional testing equipment often struggles to perform accurate measurements in such interfering environments, leading to data distortion and increased risk of misjudgment, seriously affecting equipment safety assessment and grid stability. Therefore, interference-resistant dielectric loss testers have emerged as key technological equipment to ensure testing accuracy and reliability.
This document introduces the JSY-039 dielectric loss tester, a high-performance, interference-resistant testing device designed to address the aforementioned problems. Through variable frequency technology and digital vector calculation, it achieves high-precision measurements even in strong electric field environments, making it particularly suitable for complex electromagnetic environments such as power plants, substations, and laboratories. This instrument can not only measure the dielectric loss tangent (tgδ) and capacitance of various high-voltage equipment, but also supports insulation oil loss testing and comprehensive testing of capacitive voltage transformers (CVTs), possessing excellent environmental adaptability and data stability.
Its three core advantages are as follows:
The instrument adopts multi-frequency and automatic dual-frequency conversion technology (such as 45/55Hz, 55/65Hz), effectively suppressing on-site interference. The dielectric loss measurement accuracy reaches ±(reading × 1% + 0.04%), and the capacitance measurement accuracy reaches ±(reading × 0.5% + 1pF), with a resolution of up to 0.001%, ensuring accurate and reliable data.
In addition to measuring dielectric loss and capacitance, it integrates CVT ratio, polarity, and phase measurement functions. It features multiple protections against high-voltage short circuits and CVT overvoltage. The test voltage is adjustable from 0.1-10kV, and the current covers 10μA-5A, ensuring testing safety and flexibility.
It supports forward and reverse wiring, has a wide capacitance measurement range (3pF-30μF), and operates at temperatures from -15℃ to 50℃. Its compact design, weighing 35kg, and comprehensive after-sales service make it suitable for long-term stable use in various field environments. This instrument effectively solves the problem of accurate measurement under strong interference conditions and is a key tool for ensuring the safe operation of high-voltage power equipment.
