Reflections on Wuhan GDZX After sales Service

Our company has sold a batch of transformer testing instruments and received high praise from users .  

The 11th branch of China Ordnance Dongfang Chemical Plant's chemical power distribution plant is preparing to renovate the power distribution plant and has a procurement plan for a batch of power instruments and meters. After a month long inspection, Chief Engineer Zhang Qingdong, responsible for the overall project of the power distribution plant, visited two high-voltage testing equipment production bases in Xi'an and Wuhan, and inspected multiple power testing equipment production enterprises. Finally, he was deeply attracted by our excellent product quality and professional sales team, and gladly signed the order contract.  

Wuhan UHV Power has received an after-sales training notice from China Ordnance Dongfang Chemical Plant. The next day, Engineer He and I were arranged to go to Yicheng, Xiangfan, with beautiful scenery and elegant environment, for a two-day after-sales training.  

During the two-day after-sales training process, we ensured that the instrument and meter acceptance was qualified and conducted point-to-point training with the personnel who received training from Dongfang Chemical Plant. Over the course of two days, with our careful explanation and their patient cooperation, we successfully completed this after-sales service.  

As we were about to leave China Weapon Dongfang Chemical Plant, Chief Engineer Zhang Qingdong held our hand and said that we not only brought their employees the latest instruments for power testing, but also brought them professional knowledge and dedication. His words were filled with deep gratitude for our Wuhan GDZX.  

After the conversation ended, we boarded the return train. On the rapidly moving train, I have been pondering what our Wuhan GDZX after-sales service has? What makes Mr. Zhang so polite to us? What made Mr. Zhang give us such a high evaluation? Actually, this is what we should do, and it is also what Wuhan GDZX has always insisted on doing! I suddenly thought of a saying from Laozi, 'It's better to teach someone how to fish than to teach them how to fish.'. Teaching someone to fish can only save a momentary emergency, but teaching them to fish can solve a lifelong need.
