1.Product introduction
The ZXR-20A+three channel DC resistance tester is a new generation of fast tester that integrates auxiliary magnetic testing, three-phase testing (Yn, Y, △), and demagnetization functions. It is an ideal equipment for measuring the DC resistance of large power transformers. The screen adopts a true color large screen high-resolution LCD display screen, with touch control and shuttle knob operation, which is convenient for on-site use. With Chinese menu prompt function, easy and intuitive operation, all direct resistance test items can be completed in one connection, with fast testing speed, high accuracy, and wide range. The instrument integrates the direct resistance testing function and demagnetization function, and each testing function can be individually set and tested by selecting different functional entrances. The entire operation and testing process is simple and convenient.
1. For Yn type, Y type, and △ type windings, three-phase measurement can be used for testing and the three-phase imbalance rate can be calculated.
2. The maximum output current of the testing power supply is 40A, with a testing range of 0-25k Ω, meeting the testing needs of the vast majority of transformers; And it integrates magnetic assistance and demagnetization functions to meet various needs of on-site testing.
3. The testing process can automatically calculate the change rate of 5S, 15S, and 30S resistance values, which can assist the testing personnel in judging the stability of the test data and prevent misreading of the data.
4. The instrument has various protection functions such as 380V misconnection protection, back electromotive force protection, wire breakage protection, and power outage protection, as well as an alarm function for grounding wire failure.
5. The instrument is equipped with a thermal printer, which stores 200 pieces of data locally and supports massive storage on USB drives.
6. Industrial grade 7-inch true color large screen display, designed in a fresh and minimalist display style, with full touch and one click shuttle operation, creating a comfortable and convenient human-computer interaction experience for you.
