This device uses a high-speed and high-performance digital control processor as the control microcomputer, and the software uses a dual precision algorithm to generate high-precision waveforms of any phase. Due to its integrated structure, each part is tightly integrated, with short data transmission distance and compact structure. Overcoming the problem of fewer output waveform points caused by long data communication lines and narrow frequency bands in the laptop direct control measurement and control instrument.
1. The switch input circuit can be compatible with empty contacts and 0-250V potential contacts. When using potential mode, 0-6V is closed, and 11-250V is open. The switching value can conveniently measure the action time and difference in action time of each phase switch contact.
2. The input part is isolated from the working power supply and amplifier power supply of the host. The input ground is a suspended ground, so the common terminal of the input part is not connected to the common terminals UN, IN, etc. of the current and voltage parts.
3. The switch potential input has directionality, and the common terminal should be connected to the positive terminal of the potential, while the input terminal should be connected to the negative terminal of the potential, ensuring that the potential of the common terminal is higher than that of the input terminal. During on-site wiring, the input common terminal should be connected to+KM, and the negative terminal of the contact should be connected to the input terminal. If the connection is reversed, it will not be detected correctly.
4. The output part is the relay empty contact output. The output capacity is DC: 220V/0.2A, AC: 220V/0.5A. The switch output is completely isolated from various parts such as voltage, current, and input. The software has powerful functions and can complete various large-scale and complex verification tasks with high automation, such as three-phase differential testing, auxiliary power fast switching, backup automatic switching testing, line protection inspection and synchronous reclosing, etc. It can conveniently test and scan various protection settings, perform fault replay, store test data in real time, display vector diagrams, and print reports online.
5. The switch value contacts are rich, with 10 contact inputs and 8 pairs of empty contact outputs. The input contact is empty and compatible with the 0~250V potential contact, which can be intelligently and automatically recognized. Input and output contacts can be expanded according to user needs.
6. The large screen TFT display screen adopts 640 for this machine × 480 dot matrix large screen TFT high-resolution true color LCD display screen, all operation processes are set on the display screen, and the operation interface and test results are displayed in Chinese, making the display intuitive and clear.
